View/Edit Details

The View/Edit Details button allows the user to review the history of the accrued benefit time for the selected employee.

• Pay Code - Each benefit time pay code will display.
• Add Manual Adjustment (button) - Allows the user to either add or subtract time from the accrued benefit time pay code.
• Type - Shows the activity that occurred.
• Change - Shows the amount of the change that occurred.
• Balance - Shows the balance after the change occurred.
• Notes - Shows any notes associated to the change. Also displays any notes added from a manual adjustment.
